Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the role of Home Care Aide. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Olympia, Yelm, Shelton WA. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. The Home Care Aide will also support clients' overall well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing emotional support, and following individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Caregiving and Home Care, with a strong ability to provide assistance in clients’ daily living activities.
- Knowledge of Elder Care and Personal Care practices, ensuring proper attention to physical and emotional needs.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build trust, communicate effectively, and provide compassionate support to clients and their families.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately, with attention to safety and cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Care Aide or related qualification is preferred.
- Reliable, patient, and able to work effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
