Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver/PCA to provide one-on-one support to an adult client in the home.
Responsibilities
Provide companionship and safety supervision- Assist with personal care and mobility as needed
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands as needed
- Must be willing to accompany the client to doctor’s appointments during scheduled work hours
Observe and report changes in the client’s health or behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or companion care experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Dependable, patient, respectful, and professional
- CPR certification preferred
