Graceful Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable

Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), and Certified

Medication Aides (CMAs) to provide in-home and facility-based support

services in the Lawrence and Topeka, Kansas area.

Employees provide non-medical and supportive care services to

individuals with disabilities and seniors in accordance with

individualized care plans. This position focuses on assisting clients

with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and

supportive environment.

Duties May Include

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing,
  
  

and mobility

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments as needed
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintaining basic documentation related to client care
  
  

Positions are available for full-time and part-time schedules with

flexible shifts based on client needs.
