Job Overview:
Graceful Day Personal Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Elderly to join our team on weekends. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our elderly clients in their homes, helping them with personal care, nutrition, and other daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' condition to the Supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide
- Certification or registration with the CA DSS Home Care Aide registry
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
We are looking for someone to work two days a week, with the possibility of up to four days a week as needed.
