Optometrist-Part Time

Columbus, OH | 4 locations: Polaris, Easton, Reynoldsburg, Lancaster Pay: $60–90 /hour (W-2) Schedule: Part-Time Associate or Weekend-Only Experienced ODs and recent grads both welcome to apply.

Grace Vision is a private, full-scope optometric practice with four Columbus-area locations. We've built the practice around two things that matter most to doctors: modern technology and time with your patients. Our technicians handle work-ups and testing, so your day is focused on the clinical work you trained for. Our near-perfect Google reviews across all four locations reflect what that looks like for patients.

• Full scope, practiced fully. Glaucoma, AMD, diabetic eye disease, dry eye management, specialty contact lens fittings, FDA-approved myopia control (both contact lens and spectacle treatments).
• Equipment you'll actually want to use. OCT, Optos, topography, digital phoropter, autorefractor, virtual and standard visual fields, Revolution EHR.
• Your techs do the workups. Examination work-ups and testing are handled, so your day is focused on clinical care, not data entry.
• A bench of senior doctors to collaborate with — as much or as little as you want. Newer grads get real support while they build; experienced ODs get colleagues to consult, not oversight.
• W-2 employment. Grace Vision covers payroll taxes and malpractice liability.

• Comprehensive exams and ocular disease management — glaucoma, AMD, diabetic eye disease, dry eye
• Contact lens fitting, with the opportunity to focus on specialty lenses if that interests you
• FDA-approved myopia control. Ages 6 and up
• Dry Eye Clinic services and product recommendations at all four locations
• Prescribe topical and oral medications for ocular conditions
• Patient education and spectacle recommendations for best vision and protection
• Coordinate referrals with our network of local specialists
• Document in Revolution EHR per HIPAA standards

• $60–$90/hour
• Bonus structure on top of base: daily bonus, performance bonus

Part-Time Associate — Thursdays and Fridays, plus 2–6 weekend days per month

Part-Time Weekend Only — 2 or more weekend days per month. Sundays are short shifts (12–4 PM).

• Doctor of Optometry from an accredited program
• Ohio optometry license or licensure pending — if your Ohio boards are still in progress, apply now and we'll plan a start date around your timeline.
• Strong patient communication and team-oriented approach
