Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) – Hybrid
Location: Ohio | Schedule: Minimum 15 hrs/week, including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (ages 5 )
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system (TherapyNotes)
- Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Comply with HIPAA and professional ethical standards
Requirements:
- Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
- Personal professional liability insurance
- Proficient in clinical documentation and telehealth best practices
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment (telehealth in-person sessions)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma
- Familiarity with TherapyNotes or similar EHR platforms
- Credentialed with insurance panels (a plus, not required)
