You’ll work in a mix of indoor and outdoor environments, including around active equipment and occasionally in varying weather conditions.
This role is hands-on and physical. You’ll regularly move throughout the facility, use tools, and perform tasks that may involve lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and working in different positions (kneeling, crouching, etc.).
You may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise, or airborne particles—but safety is always a top priority.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our facility safe, functional, and running smoothly.
On a Typical Day, You Might
- Handle general maintenance across the building (walls, floors, roofing, etc.)
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues and make minor repairs
- Coordinate outside contractors for larger or specialized work
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate records (ISO 9001 aligned)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe facility conditions
- Manage waste handling and ensure compliance with procedures
- Spot potential issues early and take action before they become problems
What You Bring
- Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on role
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Experience in an ISO 9001 environment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS
- You take pride in your work and follow through
- You enjoy troubleshooting and fixing problems
- You stay organized and document your work clearly
- You can manage multiple priorities without missing details
- Lift up to 50 lbs
