You will lead Grace Technologies’ growth strategy within the U.S. utility and power generation market, building long-term relationships with investor-owned utilities, generation operators, cooperatives, and municipal utilities.
In this role, you will drive specification and standardization wins by working directly with utility engineering, operations, maintenance, and electrical safety leaders. You will position Grace’s electrical safety, energized diagnostics, and monitoring solutions around the operational and regulatory challenges utilities face today — including arc flash mitigation, reliability, compliance, uptime, and workforce safety.
You will own a targeted account strategy, develop executive and technical stakeholder relationships, and partner closely with territory sales teams, distributors, and product leadership to turn strategic utility opportunities into repeatable revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Language Skills
Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation. Ability to efficiently use Google translate to support customers in other languages.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, quotes, and discounts. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical issues involving a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sufficient knowledge of industry accepted ERP and CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook. A general understanding of industry SCADA systems and other communication protocols would be helpful.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building and executing a utility-focused growth strategy across power generation and grid infrastructure accounts
- Driving specification, design-in, and standardization opportunities with utility engineering and safety organizations
- Developing executive-level and technical customer relationships across operations, maintenance, engineering, and compliance teams
- Leading complex, long-cycle sales opportunities from discovery through adoption and expansion
- Positioning outcome-based solutions that improve reliability, reduce risk, support compliance, and enhance electrical safety
- Collaborating with channel partners, EPCs, OEMs, and internal sales teams to expand market reach and accelerate adoption
- Maintaining a strong pipeline, account strategy, and forecast discipline within HubSpot
- 7 years of technical sales, strategic account management, or business development experience within utilities, power generation, or industrial infrastructure
- Proven success selling into electric utilities, generation operators, EPCs, or utility-focused OEMs
- Experience managing long sales cycles, specification-driven opportunities, and enterprise-level customer relationships
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, reliability, and utility operational environments
- Ability to communicate credibly with both executive leadership and technical engineering stakeholders
