About the Opportunity Grace Stone Mansion is launching an exciting new supper club experience, and we are seeking a culinary visionary to build our kitchen team from the ground up. We offer a sophisticated dining environment focused on seasonal excellence, shareable plates, and an elevated atmosphere. We are looking for an Executive Chef who combines high-level technical skill with the adaptability required to thrive in a boutique, high-end setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that align with the high-end brand standards of Grace Stone Mansion.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain full oversight of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and rigorous kitchen safety/sanitation standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing kitchen team. You will foster a collaborative environment and work hands-on alongside your staff to ensure consistency during every service.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the General Manager and Ownership to ensure the culinary program consistently meets our evolving guest experience goals.

- Extensive professional experience in kitchen management, with a proven track record of maintaining high margins and consistent quality.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, train, and mentor staff.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to implement and manage efficient kitchen systems.
- Composed under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing service needs and creative feedback.
Employment Requirements
- Certifications: Must possess and maintain current, valid Pennsylvania-recognized certifications (e.g., ServSafe Manager and RAMP).
