**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating power press machines to bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates and sheet metal. **Responsibilities:** - Set up and operate a press brake machine to bend or straighten metal workpieces according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate machine settings - Perform quality inspections using tools such as micrometers to ensure precision - Make adjustments to machine settings to control speed, material feed, and path of the cut - Monitor machine operations for any malfunctions or deviations from specifications - Work with various metals and materials including sheet metal - Maintain a clean and safe work area **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints - Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques - Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as micrometers - Ability to perform basic math calculations - Experience with programming press brake machines is a plus - Knowledge of machining processes like plasma cutting, milling machines, and electrical discharge machining is advantageous If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in press brake operations and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
