Siding Foreman – Grace Point Contracting LLC
Pay: $27–$33 per hour
Grace Point Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Siding Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial siding projects throughout the Gresham to Corvallis area. The ideal candidate will supervise employees, maintain efficient production, and ensure all work is completed safely while following company policies and procedures.
This position requires strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise siding crews and daily job site operations
- Ensure all employees follow Grace Point Contracting LLC rules, policies, and safety procedures
- Maintain an efficient, clean, and safe work site at all times
- Coordinate job progress with management, contractors, and team members
- Train and guide employees on proper installation methods and safety practices
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor tools, materials, and equipment usage onsite
- Address safety concerns and job site issues promptly
- Travel to projects throughout the Gresham to Corvallis area
- Qualifications
- Previous siding or construction foreman experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of siding installation and construction safety standards
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
