What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at Grace Pizza and Shakes 30A?
Thank you for your interest in working at Grace Pizza and Shakes 30A! At Grace we pride ourselves in providing our guests with the highest quality food and best dining experience they could ask for. We are currently looking to hire a quality busser to contribute to our team! Responsibilities:
- Attend to cleaning duties around the restaurant
- Bus, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner
- Making our amazing over-the-top shakes!
- Helping servers and kitchen staff with any needs
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire dining area
- Follow proper precedures for Opening and Closing the restaurant in a proficient manner
Skills:
- Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively and in a positive manner with colleagues
- Upbeat and positive attitude, able to keep cool under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for all guests
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to take and follow directions atttentively and in a timely manner
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Note: Previous experience as a busser is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
