What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach position at Grace Moving Company?
We are hiring a Community Outreach & Partnerships Representative to support local relationship building and referral growth. This is a hands on field based role focused on in person outreach follow up and representing the company in the community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out talking to people building trust and traveling locally as part of their day. Prior moving industry experience is not required. We will train the right person.
What You Will Do
- Regular local travel within our Central Valley service areas
- Visit local realtor offices senior communities property managers and partner businesses
- Introduce Grace Moving and explain our services clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain referral relationships through consistent follow up
- Attend local networking events and community meetings
- Track outreach activity and follow ups in our CRM
- Coordinate with leadership and internal sales teams
- Represent the Grace Moving brand with professionalism and integrity
What We Are Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with new people in person
- Reliable consistent and self motivated
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Organized with basic follow up skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in sales hospitality real estate property management or community outreach is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission
- Commission is earned on booked and completed moves or approved accounts that generate revenue
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
- Mileage reimbursement provided
