Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and scheduling support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide effective customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration with team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using office software such as Google Suite.
- Experince with EHR/ Medical software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail is essential for proofreading tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Knowlege of HIPPA regulations
