Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Johnson City, TN, for a Front of House Restaurant Manager. The role includes managing daily operations for front-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with the back of house manager. Responsibilities involve training staff, aligning team efforts with the farm’s hospitality vision, scheduling employees, organizing workflows, and fostering a positive experience for guests. You will oversee dining service operations and ensure a smooth dining room flow, while addressing guest feedback and improving the quality of service offered.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address guest needs and communicate with team members.
- Knowledge of food operations and experience in service standards and practices.
- Experience in training and mentoring front-of-house team members to ensure consistent excellence in service delivery.
- Capabilities to promote dining services and drive customer engagement.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage the team, scheduling, and streamline front-of-house operations.
- Ability to positively interact with guests, respond to guest feedback professionally, and implement improvements as needed.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a requirement.
- Prior experience with a POS system.
