Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for an additional highly motivated and detail-oriented person to add to our growing team. The applicant will collaborate professionally in a team environment with our project managers, production departments, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Send Invoices to customers
- Account receivables
- Order Material
- Enter POs
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Answer phone and assist customer or direct call to appropriate person
- Perform data entry as required
- Assist in all areas of company, when needed
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Detail oriented
- Able to use spreadsheets, word documents, and emails
- Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
- Maintain good relations with team members and customers
- Knowledge of the printing, vinyl, and sign industry a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience.
