Job Summary
Provide in-class support during 7th and 8th grade Pre-Algebra and Algebra instruction. Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce concepts taught by the classroom teacher. Assist students in completing assignments, practicing skills, and developing problem-solving strategies. Help monitor student understanding and communicate observations to the classroom teacher. Support differentiated instruction and accommodations for students with varying learning needs. Assist with classroom organization, preparation of instructional materials, and assessment activities as directed. Collaborate with classroom teachers, the Resource Teacher, and administration to support student success. Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and academic progress. Model Christian character and support the mission and values of Grace Lutheran School. This is a part-time position focused on supporting students during the school's morning math instructional block. Approximately 2–3 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may become available based on student needs and program growth.
Requirements / Qualifications
