Essential Functions

Performs housekeeping and/or janitorial duties primarily in public areas, occasionally apartment turnovers. Will be assigned across multiple buildings to provide a clean and safe environment.

Common Area Cleaning

• Shampoo Carpets
  
  

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

• Scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors as needed
• Commercial kitchen cleaning
• Window Washing
• Patio cleaning
  
  

Apartment Turnover

• Cleans and disinfect sinks, cabinets, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, et c .
• Washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc .
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequently pushes/pulls housekeeping carts weighing up 300#, occasionally lifts pails of water weighing up to 50#, frequently carries under 10#, occasionally carried 10-25#
• Reaches above, at or below shoulder height frequently , occasionally kneels or squats

• Stoops, bends, twists
• Occasionally will work on a stepladder or climb stairs
• 50% of workdays are spent walking; 50% standing
