We have a Part-Time AM Shift Available! Starting at $18.00-$20.00/Hr. based on experience!

NO WEEKENDS & NO EVENINGS REQUIRED!

Essential Functions

• Monitor and record health and behavior of participants. Communicate such information with other members of interdisciplinary team
• Access and maintains confidential information of participant including identity, behavior and medical conditions
• Provide input and assistance with activity planning and scheduling; maintain flexibility to make unscheduled activity and assignment changes
• Conduct and/or assist with daily program tasks and assigned 1:1 and group activities utilizing interpersonal skills to meet participant needs
• Escort participants to and from activities
• Interact in one to one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet participant needs
• Assist other staff members by either engaging the 1:1 participant in that appropriate activity or with duties such as, but not limited to, personal cares, tidying up, interaction with other participants, etc. Non 1:1 related tasks may be performed if the 1:1 participant’s needs are being met
• Request assistance from each other as needed and collaborate respectfully with each other
• Assist participants with personal cares including using the restroom, pericare, showers, changing incontinence products, transferring, and other cares as needed.
• Assist participants with medication administration under the supervision of Wellness nurse
• Prepare and/or serve meals and snacks daily and assist participants with dining needs
• Clean and sanitize dishes and general dining areas after each meal and as needed
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, equipment and supplies after activities
