Essential Functions
- Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep.
- Assist with room/apartment turnover, drywall repairs, touchups, appliances, painting, general cleaning, and preparation for new residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, storage rooms, and facility grounds.
- Assist in moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Provide assistance and backup to transportation department as needed when emergencies arise.
- Maintain building grounds, maintenance functions including landscaping projects, bed maintenance, light shrub pruning, and tree care.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, home-like environment for residents.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies and procedures.
- Routine maintenance and inspections of facility safety equipment along with documents and records.
- All other assigned duties by Plant Operations Director.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from all of our facilities
- Valid drivers license
