SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
S:Report at start of shift with worksheet to receive shift repor
t.Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personne
l.Count narcotics with off-going nurs
e.Administer scheduled medications in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations. Perform scheduled treatments, wound assessments and documentation as per facility polic
y.Document pertinent information on residents including but not limited to: 7 day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, incidents/accidents and vital sign
s.Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders and prepare for physician round
