Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Director to help run our facility. 32 hours. Must have flexibilty with shifts when needed. Will take call.
We are a small 17 bed long term care facility located in Windham, NH. We are looking for compassionate, friendly staff to help assist our residents. We strive to provide top care for our residents by ensuring great staff to resident ratios!
Duties
- Help care for Residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation.
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Take call during designated hours regarding Resident or staffing needs
- Help manage staff members
- Help facilitate communication between physician and residents and their families
- Maintain accurate employee files
- Maintain accurate Resident Medical Charts
- May include other duties.
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Nursing home or Assisted Living Experience required.
