The team specializes in catheter-based interventions. The department provides comprehensive vascular care, including medical and surgical management, peripheral vascular interventions, vein care, and wound care. A skilled, multidisciplinary team ensures coordinated, high-quality care for patients with complex cardiovascular and vascular conditions.The Director of Cardiovascular Services (DCS) provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Cardiovascular Service Line at Raleigh General Hospital. This role is accountable for designing and implementing innovative programs, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum. The DCS will collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to elevate clinical performance and patient experience.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Current WV RN license (or eligible for licensure).5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular ServicesProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with surgeons and anesthesia providers.Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in surgical or acute care settings.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-improvement initiatives.BLS and ACLS required (or obtained within a defined timeframe)
