Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location: Atlantic & Cape May Counties
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts
Part-Time / Per Diem:
Monday - Friday:
7;00am -3;30pm
- 3;00pm-7:00pm
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Your Responsibilities
As a CHHA at Grace Healthcare Services, you'll help patients feel seen, cared for, and respected every day by:
Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility
Preparing simple, nourishing meals in accordance with care plans
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Documenting care accurately using CellTrak
Communicating changes in condition to RN Case Managers
What We're Looking For
Valid NJ CHHA certification in good standing
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within Atlantic and Cape May Counties
