What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Assistant position at Grace Health?
Base Pay: $17.50 (with experience)
This role offers 8 and 10-hour positions
In this position, you will greet, instruct, direct, and schedule patients and visitors. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-orientated and can multitask under pressure. Those key ingredients will assist you with managing appointment schedules, registering patients, and verifying and updating medical records. From registering patients to assisting visitors with navigation throughout our facility, our staff are responsible for creating a positive customer service experience!

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- One year of work experience in a medical organization preferred
