About the Role
The Evidence based Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, oversight, and performance of assigned evidence based programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and data tracking related to crisis services
- Support program growth, improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practices
- Supervise, coach, and support clinical and non-clinical crisis staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development
- Conduct regular supervision, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed

Compensation
This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
- Compensation: $67,099 - $86,162
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or management experience, required
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field, required
