Compensation:

• $61,449 - $71,906
• Candidates are placed based on experience.

Build Your Purpose.

Clinical Quality Activities:

• Manages case assignments for team
• Engages and maintains community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and access to services
• Conducts initial assessment when there is no clinical assessor available
• Makes introductory contact with persons served within 15 days of initial/first session
• Makes introductory contact with all referring professionals to within 30 days of the initial/first session
• Routinely contacts all individuals and families, no less than at intake and quarterly thereafter, to solicit feedback about satisfaction with service
• Provides Crisis monitoring and tracking to include aftercare reviews

Clinician Development Activities:

• Directly supervises assigned staff members
• Participates in onboarding, hiring, and interviewing new clinical staff members
• Conducts performance reviews no less than annually

Minimum Requirements:

• A Masters degree in counseling related fields is required.
• Credentialed to provide clinical licensure supervision highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical role and working experience and knowledge of Ethical and Legal practices in accordance with local guidelines, informed consent, the impact of behavioral health diagnosis, clinical service definitions and requirements, client welfare, clinician development, trauma-informed service delivery, cultural humility, and appropriate supervisory modalities.
