Home Infusion Nurse (RN)

Are you an experienced RN with IV skills seeking flexible hours? Join our expanding team of nurses delivering home infusion therapy to patients across the US.

Role Overview: As a Home Infusion RN, you’ll deliver infusion therapies and patient care in their homes, fostering one-on-one relationships and achieving work-life balance away from hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion therapies (IVIG, Remicade etc.) and provide patient care per the physician's care plan.
• Educate patients and communicate with Specialty Pharmacies who focus on complex patients.
• Use your IV expertise and compassion to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• At least 2 years of IV nursing experience with blood products or biologics such as Gammaplex, Inflectra, Octagam, Entyvio, Briumvi, SubqIVIG etc.
• Current BLS certification and NSO Insurance / Proof of TB
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Preferred:

• Familiar with AlayaCare
• ER, ICU or Critical Care background.
• Advanced certification such as ACLS, PALS, CEN, TNCC is a plus.
• BSN
