- Assist with travel planning and itineraries
- Help manage household-related logistics and vendors
- Act as a “right-hand” in executing tasks quickly and efficiently
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they escalate
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving priorities
- Step into any task—business or personal—with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and takes accountability seriously
- Comfortable working in-person daily and being on the move
- Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude with a “get it done” mindset
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Must be available for full-time, in-person work daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (occasional evenings/weekends for events or trade shows)
- Physically able to assist with event setup, lifting boxes, and being active throughout the day
- Prior experience in assistant, operations, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- You will work directly with founders and be deeply involved in both business and personal operations
- This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role with real impact
- No two days are the same—you will be solving real problems and making things happen
- Opportunity to grow into a larger operations or leadership role over time
