Grace Design Studios is seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Project Architect with 5-10 years of relevant experience to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Dallas Health Wellness Studio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare design and leading complex projects from concept through substantial completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare projects of varying scale through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with healthcare codes and standards.
- Oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality construction documents.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative studio culture.
- Collaborate with multiple offices and team members.
Required Skills
- Accredited degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in Florida based healthcare projects.
- Architectural licensure preferred
- Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with healthcare codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
