Lead Early Childhood Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning through play while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
• Provide support for children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a classroom setting or daycare environment is preferred.
• Background in working with children, including roles such as nannying, babysitting, or caregiving.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's emotional needs.
• Ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
• Degree in Education, CDA, or ECE credential preferred
