Grace Construction is looking for experienced framers. Applicants must be reliable, drug-free, and able to work independently. 40-45 hours per week. 3 years of experience in framing required. Pay starts at $23/hr depending on skill level and experience. Pay incentives offered after employed for 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and sequencing for wood frame structures.
- Erect and assemble wood framing components, including walls, floors, and ceilings, using hand tools and power tools.
- Measure, cut, and fit framing members; perform trim carpentry and precise dimensional adjustments as needed.
- Install and secure metal hardware, connectors, and fasteners; ensure level and plumb accuracy.
- Collaborate with carpenters, subcontractors, and site management; maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect completed work, perform basic repairs, and assist with material waste control and project cleanup.
