Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project deadlines and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plumbing systems
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other mechanical tools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes related to plumbing and construction practices
- Manage field service operations including troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Extensive experience in commercial construction plumbing, site supervision, and project management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations for estimating materials and costs
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and assembly processes
- Ability to read technical schematics and schematics for various mechanical systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces on construction sites
