This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. The Christian Summer Camp Counselor will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, supervising and ensuring the safety of campers, and fostering a positive and supportive camp environment. The role also includes mentoring campers, promoting teamwork, and playing a key role in creating a fun and enriching summer camp experience. Additionally, counselors may assist in organizing faith-based lessons and activities to support the values of the program.
- Experience with camp activities and related responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with campers, parents, and team members
- Basic lifeguarding skills are a plus, with certification preferred
- Experience in education or working with children is highly desirable
