Position description: Provide leadership and oversight to the Technical Teams at GCCs.

• Lead and manage technical teams at all locations.
• Work closely with executive leadership to ensure that production andsystems are in line with the vision and goals of GCC.
• Provide high level technical support for all locations.
• Manage large-scale projects.
• Develop technical plans to accommodate the growth of GCC.
• Provide documentation of production systems at all locations.
• Create strategies for production staff to relationally connect and build healthy volunteer teams.
• Aid in event planning when needed.
• Run point on production for all major events..

Responsibilities:

Relationships

• Recruit and make production hires.
• Consult with other staff and ministries with technical needs if necessary.
• Cultivate relationships that promote a positive and healthy productionenvironment across all locations and teams.
• Attend staff meetings and other team meetings as required by the Executive Director and Campus Pastors
• All else as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
