Nutrition and Meal Services Coordinator

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Adult Day Programs department and seeks a Nutrition and Meal Services Coordinator. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

Core responsibilities

Coordinate menus, special diets, food-service arrangements and safe meal delivery; work with qualified nutrition and clinical staff.

Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams. Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope. Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.

Program readiness

This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.

Location and schedule

New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. Part-time; assignment and weekly schedule discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within authorized scope.

Food-service coordination experience and required food-safety credentials; nutrition decisions made by appropriately qualified professionals. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Pay: $18-$23 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Part-time. Hours and start date discussed during hiring, contingent on program approvals and staffing readiness.
