Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Mental Health department and seeks a Clinical Director Outpatient Mental Health. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.
Core responsibilities
Develop the outpatient program, supervise within credential scope, establish assessment and treatment workflows, oversee documentation, staffing and clinical quality.
Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams. Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope. Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
Program readiness
This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.
Location and schedule
New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. This is a part-time role. The final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within the program's authorized scope.
NJ clinical license and supervisory qualifications appropriate to the final program model; mental-health leadership experience. Final director eligibility must be verified for the license pursued. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Pay: $48-$58 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
