Qualifications
- Ability to lead Worship Music with theological sensitivity and stylistic versatility, guiding the congregation in meaningful, Christ-centered worship.
- Strong Music skills, including proficiency in arranging and directing, with an understanding of contemporary and traditional worship styles.
- Competence in Piano or another accompanying instrument to support congregational singing and team rehearsals.
- Vocal ability in Singing, with confidence in leading congregational worship and collaborating with other vocalists.
- Research skills to explore new worship songs, liturgical resources, and creative elements that align with the church’s mission and values.
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and character, consistent with Grace Chapel’s beliefs and mission.
- Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting, ideally within a multicultural or multi-site environment.
