What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Auditor - Telecommute position at Grace Care, LLC.?
Grace Care is currently searching for a motivated, self-driven, organized RN with experience in MDS-HC, MMQ and/or Long-Term Care. This position is a full time, Monday-Friday position. The selected candidate will work from home to review documentation and audit records. 3-4 days/month on site is required. Most on-site audits take place in Central and Eastern Mass.
Experience with geriatrics and/or long term care is preferred.

MASSHEALTH Experience strongly preferred.
Must have a Massachusetts RN license
