Candidates must be flexible, adaptable and above all, patient in all types of situations. The primary role will be completing medication reconciliations with members. This position allows our elite team to work from their fully remote home office.
Full-time position
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
*Please note shift is subject to future change, depending on client needs.
Candidates must have a quiet, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver expertise and high-level customer service support to members, customers, and providers.
- Conduct and receive calls to/from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding gaps in medication adherence, therapeutic interchange, and other pharmacy clinical programs.
- Coordinate member and clinician correspondence regarding pharmacy clinical programs.
- Supports pharmacist with completion of comprehensive medication reviews and other clinical initiatives through pre-work up, medication reconciliation, and case preparation.
- Dedication to building rapport with members, clients, coworkers, internal customers, and other departments by demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and a continuous positive image.
- Collaborates with department to continuously evaluate and improve quality standards and outcomes.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Strong computer and technical skills is a MUST.
- Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician Certification or National Technician License
- ExCPT [Pharmacy Technician Certification with National Health Career Association (NHA)] or Pharmacy Technicians Certification Board (PTCB)
- 2 years of experience in medication reconciliation
- Candidates must have a quiet, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial plans, PBM, or remote customer service roles
- Retail or hospital pharmacy experience is taken into consideration with ability and intrinsic drive to take on new opportunities.
