At Grace Care Home Care for Seniors, we believe in more than just care—we believe in dignity, compassion, and making every visit count. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who’s ready to use their expertise in a role that’s flexible, meaningful, and deeply rewarding.
-Grace Care serves client in Enid and nearby surrounding towns. Furthest you would travel would be 45 miles.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct new client assessments & 6-month reassessments
- Provide caregiver skills check-offs & training
- Support caregivers with clinical guidance
- Help shape personalized care plans
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Oklahoma)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Home care experience a plus
- Passion for seniors & mentoring caregivers
