Grace Bible Church is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary to support our daily office operations in Elmhurst, IL. This part-time, non-exempt position offers an average of 25 hours per week, with core working hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Office Secretary will report to the Executive Assistant and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment.
Primary Responsibilities
· Provide administration support to staff and volunteers, including graphic design.
· Serve as public contact during office hours: answer phones, doors, and emails; route inquiries; monitor voicemail.
· Create and distribute weekly GraceConnect, GraceNotes, and other communications.
· Monitor, purchase, and restock supplies.
· Maintain the orderliness of office areas and ensure office equipment is in working order.
