ABA/RLT/RBT Therapist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic ABA/RLT/ Therapist to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and developmental support. Duties

• Deliver individualized behavioral therapy sessions using ABA principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care tasks
• Collect, record, and analyze data related to client progress to inform treatment plans and ensure effective interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and update personalized care plans and behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality
• Use behavior management techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and address behavioral challenges in a compassionate manner
• Support clients during educational activities, including special education settings, to enhance learning outcomes

Experience

• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health practices, and behavior management strategies
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA regulations
• Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing teaching strategies within educational or therapeutic environments
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and team members
• Ability to collect detailed data accurately and utilize it to adapt intervention plans effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
