Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support with walking, transfers, and general mobility.
- Prepare light meals and provide help with eating if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to keep the home safe and clean.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or activities as needed.
- Follow care plans and accurately document services provided.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred (but we provide training if needed).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
