We build high-quality composite decks that transform backyards — and we need a solid crew to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build decks from the ground up — framing, decking, railings, and stairs
- Lead and manage a crew on-site, keeping projects moving without cutting corners
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Read and follow plans accurately
- Troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Train and support team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of deck installation or carpentry experience
- Leadership experience
- Comfortable using tools, reading plans, and working with measurements/angles
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license
