Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will support daily sales activities, including identifying prospective users, nurturing leads, and promoting Grabbl’s offerings through digital channels and direct outreach. Responsibilities include developing and executing basic marketing campaigns, assisting with social media and promotional initiatives, and collaborating with customer service to ensure a positive customer journey. The role also involves gathering feedback from customers and partners, supporting training materials for internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular reports on performance metrics and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Practical experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive user acquisition and support partner relationships.
- Ability to support Training efforts, including creating simple guides, FAQs, or onboarding materials.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and online user engagement.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in consumer apps, e-commerce, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, business, or communications is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in relevant jurisdictions and willingness to comply with regulations related to alcohol marketing and sales.
