How You’ll Lead The Mission
- Own the vision. Take creative concepts from storyboard to screen, ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand’s voice and integrity.
- Capture the culture. Highlight the people, products, and events that make GrabAGun unique—whether in the studio, at sponsored events, or in the field.
- Elevate the craft. Use technical expertise and storytelling instincts to produce content that engages, informs, and converts.
- Integrate the message. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align video with campaigns, launches, and long-term brand goals.
- Stay ahead. Track platform trends, explore new formats, and adapt creative strategies to maximize audience impact.
- Lead all stages of video creation: concepting, filming, editing, and publishing across multiple channels.
- Produce polished video content for social media, product pages, email campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Film day-to-day interactions, product demos, sponsored events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, overlays, and supporting visual assets.
- Catalog and organize video libraries for future use and cross-channel deployment.
- Optimize video content for each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.), applying best practices for length, thumbnails, captions, and metadata.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve required).
- Proven ability to film with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and tone that aligns with brand strategy.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects for graphics and visual design.
- Knowledge of social media video strategy and e-commerce content best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills for media management and cataloging.
- Firearms-friendly mindset and comfort producing content in a firearms retail environment.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Background in e-commerce or product-driven industries.
