Responsibilities

• Lead weekend store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store safety protocols are followed.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service, and uphold company standards.
• Oversee POS (Point of Sale) transactions and cash register operations with accuracy and integrity.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills with supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail environments.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
• Proficiency in retail math, POS technology, and cash handling procedures.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
