We provide the structure and support so experienced clinicians can focus on their clients while we handle the operational side of private practice. We strive to offer this support while allowing our therapists to keep as much of the revenue they generate as possible.

This Role Exists for One Reason

To allow experienced clinicians to focus entirely on therapy while a professional admin team handles everything else.

• No chasing insurance.
• No managing schedules.
• No worrying about filling your calendar.
• No running a business on nights and weekends.

Just your clinical work.

Who This Is For

This is intentionally not an entry-level role.

We are looking for clinicians who:

• Have been practicing long enough to have a clear clinical identity
• Already carry a caseload or referral stream
• Want to continue practicing with autonomy and professionalism
• Are ready to step away from the operational burden of private practice or agency work

Many of the clinicians who join us are simply done asking:

“Why am I spending so much time on everything except therapy?”

What Changes When You Join Us

You keep your clinical voice and independence. You have the freedom to set up your practice in the way that best suits your need.

We take on the infrastructure:

• Insurance billing and collections
• Scheduling and administrative coordination
• Office space and systems
• Referral flow and reputation
• Telehealth platform

You walk in, do your sessions, hang out with amazing colleagues, document your work, and go home.

Qualifications

• Michigan licensure (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP)
• Several years of clinical experience
• Ability to maintain an active caseload
• Strong ethical and client-centered approach

Compensation

All therapists are W2 employees.

401k with a 4% match.

Short and long-term disability provided.

Compensation is structured to reflect the value of experienced clinicians and an established caseload.

We offer a competitive, percentage-based model that allows clinicians to earn strong income while eliminating the time and overhead associated with running a private practice.

Most importantly, this role is designed to increase your effective hourly earnings by removing unpaid administrative work.

We use a sliding split model that allows clinicians to work as much or as little as they choose.

Average Weekly SessionsPercentage Split:

19 and under. 60/40

20–26. 65/35

27 and over. 70/30
