About The Role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Grüns, you'll play a critical role in leveraging paid influencers for our emerging brands to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and scale whitelisting efforts across retail and DTC channels. You'll work cross-functionally with our paid media, creative, and brand teams to optimize performance and drive measurable results. This role reports to our Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

Paid Influencer Management

  • Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaigns for emerging brands, expanding monthly creator partnerships
  • Support major retail launches through targeted influencer strategies
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and negotiate contracts with timely execution

Whitelisting & Content Optimization

  • Scale whitelisting efforts for emerging brands and establish comprehensive programs
  • Collaborate with paid media team to identify high-performing content for advertising opportunities
  • Manage permissions and optimize influencer-generated content for paid campaigns

Strategic Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop reporting frameworks and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Set KPIs, create performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights
  • Support content angle testing for specialized campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with paid media, creative, and brand teams for cohesive campaign execution
  • Draft campaign briefs, manage project timelines, and maintain creator relationships

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3 years of influencer marketing experience at an agency or wellness/DTC brand with proven Instagram campaign success
  • Brings hands-on whitelisting and paid content management experience
  • Shows track record managing multiple simultaneous campaigns with strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Has experience with contract negotiations, campaign development, and established creator relationships
  • Demonstrates retail campaign experience (preferred but not required)

  • Builds lasting relationships - leverages existing connections and expands creator network
